Léo Perrin is a Ph.D. student at the LACS (Luxembourg University) under the supervision of Prof. Alex Biryukov since May 2013. Research interests concern mostly symmetric cryptography, in particular the study of lightweight primitives (hash functions, block ciphers...) as well as boolean functions.

His PhD thesis is available online: Cryptanalysis, Reverse-Engineering and Design of Symmetric Cryptographic Algorithms

Léo is one of the authors of the review on the state of the art in lightweight symmetric cryptography as well as one of the designers of the SPARX family of lightweight block ciphers.

See his google scholar profile for a list of publications.
